Whether you're between jobs, rebuilding after loss, or reimagining who you are, this is a place for courage, reflection, and renewal.
My Expedition of Hope
There was a season when everything I thought I knew about my work, my identity, and even my worth was suddenly up for question. I didn’t plan for the detour. Like most of us, I was simply living life until life shifted underneath me.
At first, it felt like I was losing ground. But slowly, I began to see I wasn’t losing my way—I was being invited to rediscover it.
Expedition of Hope was born from that space in-between:
Between who I was and who I was becoming.
Between endings and new beginnings.
Between fear and the quiet courage to keep going.
This isn’t just a story about a career change—it’s about learning how to live when the map changes. About rebuilding not just a resume, but a sense of self. About choosing hope, not because it’s easy, but because it’s necessary.
I share my journey not as a finished product, but as a fellow traveler.
Because no matter how different our circumstances, one truth binds us:
We all walk through the wilderness.
And none of us are meant to walk it alone.
If you’re navigating a transition—career, identity, health, loss, purpose—you belong here. Not because you have it all figured out, but because you’re still walking. Still wondering. Still hoping.
Welcome to the expedition.
There is a gift and opportunity in every opportunity if we look for it
Great Boardwalk in the Swamp Lands
When life slows down, we start to notice the small things — the wind, the weight of the pan, the sizzle of something nourishing. Everyday moments have become part of my recovery, my rediscovery, and my rhythm.
This expedition isn’t just about where I go. It’s about how I live along the way.
Pull up a chair. Breathe in

Expedition of Hope is a space for people navigating life transitions — career shifts, divorce, loss, identity changes, or moments when life feels disoriented. I offer guidance, perspective, and support to help you move forward with clarity and courage.
No. I’m not a licensed therapist, and Expedition of Hope is not a substitute for professional mental health care. What I offer is coaching, reflection, and guidance rooted in lived experience and deep listening — designed to complement, not replace, therapeutic support.
Anyone in transition. I've supported job seekers, empty nesters, spiritual wanderers, those grieving relationships, and people simply trying to make sense of what’s next. If you feel “in-between”, you’re in the right place.
We talk. I listen deeply. Together, we unpack where you are, what you’re holding, and what you need. I may offer questions, reflections, frameworks, or simple next steps — but always at your pace, with compassion.
If you’re tired of pretending you have it all figured out and you’re looking for a safe, grounded space to explore what’s next — this might be exactly what you need.
Most sessions are virtual, but I’m open to in-person retreats or walk-and-talk sessions in North Carolina depending on availability. Let’s talk.
Yes. Life transitions are rarely budget-friendly. If you feel drawn to this work but finances are tight, reach out — we can explore options.
Because that’s what life often feels like — an expedition. Uncharted, rugged, and often unclear. But hope is the compass. Even when you feel lost, you’re still on the way.
